Courtney is a real estate associate and works on title and survey matters for commercial real estate acquisitions, financing and leasing projects. Her focus is affordable housing projects and community development. She prepares title commitments and policies, as well as settlement statements and affidavits for closings. Prior to joining Marsh, Moriarty, Ontell & Golder, P.C., Courtney worked as real estate attorney, conducted closings and represented banks, buyers and sellers in real estate transactions. She also worked as a foreclosure attorney, preparedforeclosure filings and notices, advised clients to ascertain if they were in compliance with fair debt laws and attended eviction hearings.
Courtney received her undergraduate degree from Boston College and Juris Doctor from Suffolk University School of Law
